DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being kidnapped by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Center. But the family nonetheless seeks solutions, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not appearing swiftly enough regarding the crime, which had the girl as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.
“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry mentioned. “Our intent is that method (the aforementioned organizations) are on notice that we’re pursuing claims against them for their negligence and other causes of motion.''
Fortenberry mentioned the teen’s father informed police at the sport when he realized she was lacking. However, in response to the lawyer, the father was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
Fortenberry claims NRH police mentioned they weren’t able to help as a result of the incident occurred in Dallas.

The attorney said it was the Houston-based human trafficking agency Texas Counter-Trafficking Initiative that worked to find the lacking lady, who was being held in an Oklahoma Metropolis motel.
Dallas Police instructed WFAA that they adopted protocol'' and that they aided North Richland Hills PD within the search.
The Mavs responded publicly on April 20, after the girl was found, the crew releasing the next assertion: “The American Airlines Center (and the Dallas Mavericks) are grateful that the teenager has been discovered.Each entities will proceed to cooperate with local and regional legislation enforcement on this case.''
