Spouse crammed husband’s telephone with little one porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of images of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn of their house.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of images of “various juvenile victims.”
