Wife filled husband’s phone with youngster porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading a whole lot of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in response to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the machine and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that telephone had lots of of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the phone he was using didn't have any photos much like the ones Moore turned into them. That’s once they reportedly acquired a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were mates and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
