Spouse stuffed husband’s phone with youngster porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading a whole bunch of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the machine and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had a whole bunch of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to surprise why the phone he was using did not have any pictures much like the ones Moore changed into them. That’s once they reportedly received a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been buddies and had discussed carrying out the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous telephone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t suppose too much of it because it was not his main cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the identical costs as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
