Teen arrested after mother seen son had gun at Texas faculty drop-off

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD/Gray Information) - A number of businesses responded to a center faculty in Texas Friday morning after an adolescent’s mom seen he was carrying a gun.
Police in Lubbock inform KCBD a mom was dropping off her 15-year-old son at O.L. Slaton Middle School round 9 a.m. when she seen the firearm. The teen never made it contained in the constructing, and he ran from the college.
The Lubbock Police Division responded to the world together with a number of other businesses in an try to seek out him.
The teenager was discovered close to the school’s campus and taken into custody.
Authorities stated the 15-year-old could be facing a felony weapons cost.
Police say there was no threat made to the varsity or anybody inside the school.
