Juveniles Crash Stolen Automobile Close to White House: Officers – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automobile right into a concrete safety barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service said.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to pull over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The car slammed right into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers mentioned.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled in the front across the road from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the road.

There have been two juveniles in the car. Each have been taken to a hospital and are actually in secure situation, officers said. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face prices.

D.C. police are investigating.
