The family of an 11-year-old woman who survived the bloodbath at Robb Elementary College in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday says the 4th grader performed useless after the gunman entered her classroom.
Miah Cerrillo's aunt and godmother mentioned the 4th grader is struggling to manage and telling them what she witnessed through the shooting.
"Around midnight my sister-in-law called me and he or she was simply crying, like 'I feel it just hit Miah. I think all the things came to actuality now,'" said Blanca Rivera.
Rivera mentioned Miah's trainer, Irma Garcia, was one of the two academics killed. Her mates and classmates were additionally targeted.
Rivera mentioned that's when Miah went into survival mode.
