800 workers resign after firm asks them to work from workplace

As the Covid situation has improved, several corporations have already known as their workers to workplace, ending the earn a living from home (WFH).

Over 800 WhiteHat Jr staff have resigned from the children online coding studying edtech start-up within the last two months after being requested to work from workplace.

This comes after WhiteHat Jr, a platform which was acquired by BYJU’S in 2020, requested its workers to return to workplace inside a month’s time, based on an Inc42 report.

On March 18, the corporate announced the coverage to end work at home and requested distant workers to return to workplace by April 18.

The resignations got here from full-time employees of the gross sales, coding, and math groups. Extra employees are expected to place down their papers within the coming months.

One of many workers who resigned told the website that a month’s time was not sufficient for relocation. “Some have kids, some have aged and sick dad and mom, whereas others produce other tasks.
