Spouse stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading a whole lot of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in keeping with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view youngster porn in their residence.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the cellphone he was utilizing didn't have any images much like the ones Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly acquired a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were mates and had mentioned finishing up the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his primary cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same expenses in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
