Wife crammed husband’s phone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole lot of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the system and said she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view little one porn in their home.

The police say that phone had lots of of photos of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to surprise why the phone he was using didn't have any photos just like those Moore changed into them. That’s when they reportedly bought a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were mates and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they were associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the phone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his main telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same prices in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
