Spouse crammed husband’s telephone with baby porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading hundreds of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their house.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they were buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his outdated cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it as a result of it was not his main telephone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same charges in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
