Spouse stuffed husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading a whole lot of photographs of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said based on the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and said she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their dwelling.

The police say that phone had tons of of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the phone he was utilizing did not have any photographs similar to the ones Moore became them. That’s when they reportedly received a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been associates and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his old telephone since final “October or November,” however “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it because it was not his primary phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
