Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading hundreds of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in line with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the gadget and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that telephone had a whole lot of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the telephone he was using did not have any images much like the ones Moore was them. That’s after they reportedly received a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been associates and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they had been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his outdated cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it because it was not his major telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through costs of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
