The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Impartial College District police drive are not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary College and the state's overview of the regulation enforcement response, multiple legislation enforcement sources tell ABC News.

Reached by ABC Information, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Security stated, "The Uvalde Police Division and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators.
