The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Unbiased School District police drive are not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Security's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary Faculty and the state's assessment of the legislation enforcement response, a number of legislation enforcement sources inform ABC News.
The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Unbiased College District didn't immediately respond to requests for remark from ABC News.
In response to sources, the choice to cease cooperating occurred soon after the director of DPS, Col. Steven McCraw, held a information conference Friday during which he said the delayed police entry into the classroom was "the unsuitable resolution" and opposite to protocol.
