Supreme Courtroom says wrongful loss of life lawsuit towards Dallas officers can go forward

DALLAS - The high court will enable a wrongful dying lawsuit to proceed in opposition to town of Dallas and four police officers.

The family of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa known as police for assist as he had a drug and mental health disaster.
