New York Attorney Basic Letitia James will examine social media companies together with Amazon's Twitch in connection to the apparently racially motivated capturing at a Buffalo grocery store that left 10 lifeless and three injured.

A Twitch spokesperson said the company is cooperating with the investigation.

Representatives for Twitch and 4chan did not immediately respond to requests for remark. A consultant for 8chan couldn't immediately be identified.
