Household of Abducted Girl Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Sex Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being abducted by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks sport at American Airlines Heart. But the household nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not acting swiftly sufficient relating to the crime, which had the woman as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone missing a complete of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry stated. “Our intent is that way (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims in opposition to them for their negligence and other causes of action.''

Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father knowledgeable police at the recreation when he realized she was lacking. However, in accordance with the lawyer, the daddy was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
